I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to take care of your hair. I know visiting a new stylist can sometimes feel a little uncertain, but my goal is to make the entire experience easy, relaxing, and enjoyable for you. Below you'll find some helpful details to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared for your visit.
Pre-Visit
Notifications
After booking your appointment, you'll receive automated confirmation that your appointment is approved through Gloss Genius, my booking system. A confirmation will arrive two days before your visit, followed by a personal reminder the morning of your appointment. Notifications are sent both via text and email, and each one includes the option to add your appointment time directly into your calendar making it effortless to stay organized and on time.
Consultation Form + Photos
After booking, you will see a quick form pop-up, please complete it and check the boxes. Also text me 1-3 phots of your current hair and inspiration images so I can prepare in advance.
Appointment Ready
Picture Perfect
During your appointment, I may take photos of your hair for my portfolio. These images are always focused on showcasing the hair itself. There is absolutely no need to wear make -up or feel camera ready. That is at your discretion and you can decline from having your face shown. Photos may occasionally be shared on social media, always with care and respect, so you feel comfort and confident.
For Color Services
The idea that "dirty hair helps color stick" has always been myth. In reality, excess oils and build up from products can create a barrier and prevent todays advanced, gentle color formulas from working their best. For the healthiest results, please arrive with clean, dry hair. ash the evenings before with a cheering or clarifying shampoo. (visit SHOP page for access) avoid washing the same day so your scalp stays calm and comfortable.

Work While You Process
Bring your laptop or tablet and use our free wifi to catch up on work. Please let me know if you need to take a zoom call for privacy.
